Enrolment FAQs
What’s included in the fee, and what isn’t?
The fee covers training, accommodation, meals and common equipment. Government fees and your travel to/from Manali are not included.
What gear do I need to bring?
Common gear — tent, sleeping bag, mat, stove and cookware — is provided. You bring your personal clothing and footwear. A detailed checklist is shared after your seat is confirmed.
Is there a minimum fitness requirement?
No. The program is deliberately designed to be inclusive of all fitness levels, and we share fitness-improvement protocols before the course. If you have a specific health condition, please contact us before enrolling.
What are the course timings?
The course begins on Sunday at 9:00 AM — please arrive by 7:00 AM. It concludes on Saturday at 2:00 PM.
How do I travel to Manali?
Overnight AC buses from Delhi are the easiest option (~₹1,500). Cab and flight (to Bhuntar/Kullu) alternatives are also available — ask us and we’ll help you plan.
What if the batch is full?
Enrol early to secure your seat. If a batch is full, a waitlist is available on request.
Can children join? What about ages 16+?
Children aged 10+ are welcome. Participants aged 16–18 need parental consent; younger participants must be accompanied by an adult.
I’m over 50 — can I join?
Absolutely, if you have an active lifestyle. For specific health conditions we recommend a health screening beforehand.
What is the refund policy?
The course fee is non-refundable, except in the rare case that we cancel the batch.
Can I change my batch later?
Seats are non-transferable and switching batches is generally not possible, except in rare circumstances.
Do you offer installment payments?
Installments are available based on your financial circumstances. Full payment is due by the enrolment deadline.
