Unless you have a friend flying back from China next week, this is how you can get the gear you need.

HikeX Ultra-light Gear is a community group buy — that means we collect orders from hikers across India, combine them, and use that volume to get the best possible prices directly from manufacturers.

Why buy through HikeX?

• Best possible group-buy prices : We combine orders to negotiate better manufacturer pricing and spread shipping and other operating costs across the group, helping us get the best possible price at that volume.
• No conventional retail markup : We don't add a profit margin to the products. The price covers the gear itself, the logistics of getting it to you, and the cost of operating the group buy.
• Curated catalogue : We don't add products just because we can source them. We focus on gear that we or members of the HikeX community actually use, trust and already recommend.

How it works

1. Choose & order : Pick the products you want and place your order. A small token amount makes your order part of the group buy.
2. We negotiate & confirm : Once the order window closes, we combine the demand and negotiate with manufacturers. We then calculate the final group-buy price and share it with you.
3. You pay & we deliver : You pay the remaining balance, we place the order, import the gear and dispatch it to you once it reaches India.
